* Good time to stock up on these items. They went down in price. Dried onions went down $.80 each can and Potato Flakes went down $.55 each can. The price stayed the same on the other items.

| I do not have any guidelines on how much to store on these items. You store what you think your family will use in one year. Just remember how fast you will use your dehydrated veggies if you make a lot of soup and in emergency situations I think you will make a lot of soups. So, plan ahead. |
