Subject: Coach end of season goal storage instructions

Coach’s, Once again thank you so much for what you have done to make the fall season such a success.

If you have any suggestions about the season and what we can improve please let me know.

If you are one of the lucky ones who has the UP arrow on the schedule and gets to take down the goals after Saturdays games, we have a few directions for how to return the goals for winter storage.

1.       Take the goals down and put in the bag. If the bag is missing disregard that step J

2.       Put a 8 x 11 paper with your name on it in the bag so that we know who returned it. If the bag is missing tape the paper on please.

3.       Look at the following page or go the the main page of the league website to locate which return location is closest to your game on Saturday. One location is in highland, one in Cedar Hills.

4.       Print out the directions for the location you would like, so that you can do this on Saturday.

Thanks so much,

Discount Tickets

I have a stack of discount tickets ($2 off the regular admission of $12.00) to Scrapbook USA next weekend.

Here are the details:

Dates:
Friday, March 26th (10 am to midnight)
Saturday, March 27th (10 am to 6 pm)

Place:
South Towne Expo Center in Sandy
9575 S. State St.
Sandy

They have dozens of vendors--companies and stores--all in one spot which is super convenient. I always find some really good deals and product that the local stores don't carry. You can pick up paper, etc. for other projects besides scrapbooking too. There are some great restaurants in the area so it's fun to shop and then go to lunch.

If anyone would like a ticket, please call me or drop by.

Thanks,
Kim McCrary

Family Home Storage

March 2010 – Carrots, Minced Onions, Potatoes & Apple Slices

“We have built grain storage and storehouses and stocked them with the necessities of life in the event of a disaster.  But the best storehouse is the family storeroom…

“Our people for three-quarters of a century have been counseled and encouraged to make such preparation as will assure survival should a calamity come…

“I have faith, my dear brethren, that the Lord will bless us, and watch over us, and assist us if we walk in obedience to His light, His gospel, and His commandments.”

(President Gordon B. Hinkley, “If Ye Are Prepared Ye Shall Not Fear,” Liahona and Ensign, Nov. 2005, 62.)

Estimated Food Storage Needs for One Year

I do not have any guidelines on how much to store on these items.  You store what you think your family will use in one year.  Just remember how fast you will use your dehydrated veggies if you make a lot of soup and in emergency situations I think you will make a lot of soups.  So, plan ahead.

Money due Sunday March 21st.

Please turn in order forms and money to Brenda Arbon.

Call if you have any questions 801-735-4753.
